Terms of service
This draft is a product placeholder and must be replaced by counsel-reviewed terms before production use.
Service boundaries
Regulars records verified network membership, per-store consent, member-pass scans, store visits, message delivery decisions, and optional cashier-entered logged spend. It does not provide payments, POS reconciliation, inventory, website hosting, or a guarantee of campaign results.
Messaging
Regulars is the sender. Stores appear as the subject of a message, not as a separate texting brand. Message frequency varies and is capped. Reply STOP to opt out of all Regulars texts or HELP for support; use the pass page to mute individual stores.
Whose customers these are
A customer consents to Regulars, not to a store as a standalone sender. Phone numbers stay with Regulars. If a store cancels, Regulars will export that store's member first names, visit counts, last-visit dates, and cashier-entered logged spend. Regulars will not export phone numbers, pass tokens, or raw consent records to the store. Customers can still mute the store or reply STOP.
Cancellation
Either party may end the store's Regulars enrollment. After cancellation, Regulars stops store marketing sends. The store may download the export above from settings while the account is open, or request it in writing. Regulars does not transfer the SMS list.
Reporting
Visits are recorded when a store device scans a member pass. Logged spend is entered by store staff and must not be treated as independently verified or incremental revenue. Extra visits are revenue, not margin; any ROI conversation must use the store's own gross margin and reward cost.
